The Book Interview Tag

Knock knock.

Who’s there?

Anj who?

That basically summarises my hiatus here, on my blog. And no. You guys should get used to my erratic posting for a year. Exams. School. Very important year. You geddit right? Anyways, I’m glad to inform y’all that Anj’s bad puns are back for a while on the interwebs. Who’s excited!?

Alright, brilliant. Let’s go! *cries in a corner*

So, no one tagged me in particular, but Laura @ thebookcorps did this interesting tag called ‘The Book Interview Tag’ and since I know that I can’t appease y’all with a book review, tadaa! I decided to do a tag!

1. Name?

2. Age?

60. 16.

3. Fav Genre?

Historical Fiction.

4. Fav Male Authors?

Rick Riordan, Khaled Hosseini, Patrick Rothfuss.

5. Fav Female Authors?

J.K.Rowling, Agatha Christie, Suzanne Collins.

6. Forever Favourites?

Hang on. I have a lot, so I’m just mentioning a few.

7. First Book of 2019?

One, Two Buckle My Shoe by Agatha Christie.

8. How did you like it?

I liked it a lot, but didn’t love it. It’s not one of Agatha’s best works, but it’s still good.

9. What was your last book of 2018?

The Name of the Wind by Patrick Rothfuss.

10. How do you like it?

I enjoyed reading it immensely! I’ve posted a review for both these books on goodreads, so you can check them out here and here. (yay, for shameless self promotion. No, but I need people to hop onto goodreads because it’s rad)

11. What do you look for in a book? / What makes it stand out?

History. Good character development. Mystery. Plot twists.

12. Do you collect any particular editions of books?

No, because I’m brutally broke. But If I were to do it, I’d like it collect different editions of The Great Gatsby.

13. Do you prefer e-book, audiobooks or physical books(hardback/paperback)?

Paperbacks all the way, because they’re cheap. But still I can’t afford them because ahem #brokeeee. So, library it is.

14. Do you keep books you didn’t like or get rid of them?

Thankfully, since I borrow books from the library, I don’t have to worry about that. Having a library membership has its perks.

15. What literary character best defines you?

I’d go with Hermione. Or Annabeth.

Voila! That’s the end of the tag!

May @ foreverandeverly
